About Casey Wright

Casey Wright is a junior at Reedy High School and is a part of the Independent Study and Mentorship Program at Reedy. Casey is involved in the Reedy Wind Ensemble in which she exercises her leadership skills and musical ability through the role as a drum major. Casey also participates in volunteering at her church and with the National Honors Society at her high school. In her spare time Casey enjoys playing her instrument, running, and exercising her creative mindset through painting.

Casey developed an interest in Veterinary Medicine after growing up in the country in Mansfield,Texas where she was exposed to animals of all shapes and sizes. This interest was developed through active volunteering at a veterinary clinics and taking Biology, Chemistry, Small Animal Science, and Large Animal Science at Reedy High School.
My mission is to show unwavering compassion and give consistently to those who are in need; develop a new culture focused upon selflessness, infinitely seek knowledge with fervor and educate the young and old on the fundamentals of caring for another life.
